Qualifying roofs receive the preparation they need—including a tune-up and soft wash—before the Renueit®17 preservation treatment is applied. Questions about roof rejuvenation
Does roof rejuvenation repair an active leak?
No. Preservation is not a substitute for structural repairs or replacement. Active leaks, missing shingles, or failing decking must be evaluated and corrected separately.
Does every roof qualify?
No. We inspect first. If the roof is too damaged or otherwise unsuitable, we will tell you rather than sell a treatment that is not appropriate.
What does the 17-year coverage mean?
Qualifying Renueit®17 applications are backed by a 17-year transferable shingle warranty. Final coverage is governed by the written Roof Savers warranty and the roof’s approved condition.
