Questions about roof cleaning
Do you pressure wash asphalt shingles?
No. Asphalt-shingle roofs are treated with a controlled, low-pressure soft-wash application. High pressure can damage shingles and dislodge granules.
Will every spot disappear the same day?
Black algae staining often changes quickly. Heavy moss and lichen are treated at the root and may continue releasing naturally with weather after the appointment rather than being scraped from the roof.
Can you clean only one stained section?
We clean the complete roof so the treatment is consistent and the result does not leave obvious untreated sections.
